After a I placed the order, I decided to change the size. Unfortunately, the order was already on its way. It was my fault, due to this reason I paid for the return, which I think was the right thing to do. It was Christmas time, Kosta was on vacation. As soon as he came back, Mr Kosta took care of business. One of the shots I ordered is not available for the exchange at the moment; however, Mr Kosta told me he was going to get them for me, but I need to be patient and wait. The quality of the service provided by Mr Kosta is just amazing. I don’t know how he does it; besides of all the mistakes I made, I can still say that I had a great customer experience.
